Our inaugural work alongside Croudace, we are pleased to feature the installation of plumbing and heating of 12 houses.

Combined of 8 private and 4 housing association.

  • 1st & 2nd fix hot/cold pipework
  • 1st & 2nd fix sanitaryware
  • Gas pipework
  • Installation of all guttering & rainwaters
  • Heat only boiler/Cylinder commissioning
  • Gas safe registration/CP12 landlord certificates
  • Finals handover pack for end user
